Gemini (speech synthesis) Model Terms

These Model Terms form part of the Speech Synthesis Model Terms and apply to users who configure "Gemini 2.5 Flash" or "Gemini 3.1 Flash (Preview)" for a show on Lisnify.

1. Models and upstream terms

The Company is not affiliated with Google LLC, and Google LLC does not provide, warrant, or endorse the Service.

2. Summary

Gemini speech synthesis is provided as a Google Cloud generative AI service and is subject to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. It must not be used for unlawful activities, facilitating dangerous or illegal activities, harassing or harming others, impersonation or misleading information, sexually explicit content, or as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). No consent is requested when configuring a show, but you must comply with these Model Terms.

3. User obligations

In a show configured with Gemini, you must not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by the Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. In outline, the policy prohibits the following (the wording of the policy itself governs):

1. Performing or facilitating dangerous, illegal, or malicious activities (violations of law, child sexual abuse or exploitation, violent extremism or terrorism, promoting self-harm, harassment, intimidation or bullying of others, malicious software, etc.)
2. Violating the rights of others (infringing intellectual property or privacy, generating personal information about others without consent, etc.)
3. Generating misleading content (impersonating others, fraud, creating or spreading misinformation or disinformation, false claims about health, elections, disasters, etc.)
4. Generating sexually explicit content
5. Providing medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without the involvement of a qualified professional

The Company automatically states in the show description that the script and audio are generated by AI (Model Terms, Section 3, Item 1).

4. What the Company does

• Gemini imposes no separate consent obligation on downstream users, so the show settings screen only shows a link to these Model Terms.
• Changes to these Model Terms follow the procedure in Section 4 of the Model Terms.
