These Model Terms form part of the Speech Synthesis Model Terms and apply to users who configure "OpenAI gpt-4o-mini-tts" for a show on Lisnify.

The Company is not affiliated with OpenAI, and OpenAI does not provide, warrant, or endorse the Service.
OpenAI speech synthesis is subject to the OpenAI Usage Policies. It must not be used for unlawful activities, harming or harassing others, impersonation, fraud or spreading misinformation, or infringing the rights of others. OpenAI requires that listeners be clearly told that synthesized speech is AI-generated and not a human voice; Lisnify automatically states in the show description that the script and audio are generated by AI. No consent is requested when configuring a show, but you must comply with these Model Terms.
In a show configured with OpenAI gpt-4o-mini-tts, you must not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by the OpenAI Usage Policies. In outline, the policies prohibit the following (the wording of the policies themselves governs):
Disclosure of AI-generated speech: OpenAI requires that, when text-to-speech output is provided to end users, they are clearly informed that the voice is AI-generated and not a human voice. The Company automatically states in the show description that the script and audio are generated by AI (Model Terms, Section 3, Item 1). You must not remove this statement when providing generated content to third parties.
