Kokoro-82M Model Terms

These Model Terms form part of the Speech Synthesis Model Terms and apply to users who configure "Kokoro-82M" for a show on Lisnify.

1. Model and upstream license

The Company is not affiliated with the model publisher, and the model publisher does not provide, warrant, or endorse the Service.

2. Summary

Kokoro-82M is released under the Apache License 2.0, which imposes no additional obligations on downstream users regarding the audio it generates. You may use it in accordance with the Terms (including the prohibited activities in Article 8). No consent is requested when configuring a show.

3. User obligations

The Apache License 2.0 places no restrictions on the use of audio (Output) generated with the model. Apart from the Terms and the common provisions in Section 3 of the Model Terms, these Model Terms impose no additional obligations.

4. What the Company does

• In accordance with the Apache License 2.0, the Company retains the model's copyright and license notices within its software.
• Kokoro-82M imposes no separate consent obligation on downstream users, so the show settings screen only shows a link to these Model Terms.
• Changes to these Model Terms follow the procedure in Section 4 of the Model Terms.
