当社は Supertone Inc. とは無関係であり、Supertone Inc. は本サービスを提供・保証・推奨するものではありません。
Supertonic 3 の利用には、モデル提供者のライセンス（BigScience Open RAIL-M）に基づく使用制限が適用されます。法令違反、未成年者への危害、他者を害する虚偽情報、なりすまし、誹謗中傷・嫌がらせ、差別、医療上の助言、司法・法執行目的など、Attachment A に定める用途には使用できません。番組の脚本と音声が AI により生成されている旨は、当社が番組説明文に自動的に記載します。詳細はモデル別規約ページをご覧ください。
Open RAIL-M License 第4条(a)および第5条は、モデルを利用してサービスを提供する者に対し、その利用者にも同ライセンス Attachment A の使用制限（Use Restrictions）を課すことを義務付けています。当社は本条によりこれをユーザーに課します。ユーザーは、Supertonic 3 を設定した番組において、以下の用途で本サービスを利用してはなりません。
原文（英語）が正であり、日本語は当社による参考訳です。
(a) 適用される国内法、連邦法、州法、地方法または国際法もしくは規制に違反する方法で使用すること （原文: In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;）
(b) 未成年者を搾取し、害し、または搾取もしくは害しようと試みる目的で使用すること （原文: For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;）
(c) 他者に害を与える目的で、検証可能な虚偽の情報またはコンテンツを生成または流布すること （原文: To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;）
(d) 個人に害を与えるために使用され得る個人識別情報を生成または流布すること （原文: To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;）
(e) 情報またはコンテンツ（画像、コード、投稿、記事等）が機械により生成されたものであることを明示的かつ分かりやすく表明することなく、当該情報またはコンテンツを生成または流布し、いかなる文脈（例: ツイートを生成するボット）にも置くこと （原文: To generate or disseminate information and/or content (e.g. images, code, posts, articles), and place the information and/or content in any context (e.g. bot generating tweets) without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that the information and/or content is machine generated;）
(f) 他者を誹謗し、中傷し、またはその他の方法で嫌がらせをすること （原文: To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;）
(g) 他者の同意なく、他者になりすまし、またはなりすまそうと試みること（ディープフェイク等） （原文: To impersonate or attempt to impersonate (e.g. deepfakes) others without their consent;）
(h) 個人の法的権利に不利な影響を及ぼし、または拘束力のある強制可能な義務を創設もしくは変更する、完全に自動化された意思決定に使用すること （原文: For fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;）
(i) オンラインまたはオフラインでの社会的行動、あるいは既知または予測される個人的特性もしくは性格特性に基づいて、個人または集団を差別し、または害することを意図し、またはその効果を有する用途に使用すること （原文: For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;）
(j) 年齢、社会的・身体的・精神的特性に基づく特定の集団の脆弱性を利用し、その集団に属する者の行動を、その者または他者に身体的または心理的な害を生じさせ、または生じさせるおそれのある方法で実質的に歪めること （原文: To exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;）
(k) 法的に保護された特性または区分に基づいて個人または集団を差別することを意図し、またはその効果を有する用途に使用すること （原文: For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;）
(l) 医療上の助言および医療結果の解釈を提供すること （原文: To provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;）
(m) 司法、法執行、入国管理または庇護手続の運営に使用することを目的として情報を生成または流布すること（例: テキストプロファイリング、文書中の主張間の因果関係の推定、無差別かつ恣意的な対象への利用によって、個人が詐欺または犯罪を犯すことを予測すること） （原文: To generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud/crime commitment (e.g. by text profiling, drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use).）
